Janice brings her nursing expertise to the gym, focusing on a holistic approach to health and wellness. As a co-owner, she is committed to creating a supportive and safe environment for all members.

Janice has a deep interest in nutrition, which led her to earn a certification as a Health Coach 2016. Her journey with Tricia began when Tricia helped her transform her own health and fitness.

Together, they realized they had the ability to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Janice’s holistic approach to wellness integrates her nursing background with her passion for health, fitness, and nutrition.

Tricia and Janice first met in 2006, when Tricia began training Janice in her home, transforming her body and inspiring a shared mission. Janice’s growing interest in nutrition led her to become a certified Health Coach. Recognizing their combined potential, they started running weekly Lifestyle classes that blended food, FUNctional fitness, and mindset, which saw incredible results with their clients. They knew they were living their life’s purpose.

After many of life’s twists and turns, Tricia and Janice reunited in 2021 to continue what they started. Together, they are passionate, caring, and supportive coaches who see the incredible value in healthy habits, movement, and mindfulness. They bring a wealth of knowledge and a shared commitment to helping others live their best lives with strength, energy, passion, and confidence.
